Digital delivery policy

Digital products only

Every T-ZERO exercise kit is a digital download. No physical goods are shipped and no shipping charge applies.

Receiving your files

After payment is confirmed, a download link is emailed to the address supplied at checkout. Delivery is normally within a few minutes, but payment reviews and technical interruptions can delay it. An order confirmation email alone does not confirm that your download email has arrived.

Check your spam folder and the checkout email address. If you cannot find or open the download, email hello@t-zero.cc with your order number. We will help restore access or correct a delivery problem. Do not send card details or confidential security information.

Formats and requirements

The kits are ZIP archives containing English-language Word documents, PowerPoint slides, Excel workbooks, PDF copies of the documents and slides, and text instructions. You need a device that can extract ZIP files, a PDF reader and software compatible with DOCX, PPTX and XLSX to edit the source files. Formatting can vary between applications. A desktop or laptop is recommended for editing.

Included materials

Your purchase includes the files and edition described on the product page at purchase. The Complete Collection contains the same Email Fraud and Ransomware kits sold individually. It is not a subscription and does not include live facilitation, consulting or an ongoing update service.

Keeping your copy

Download and securely save your files after purchase. Do not publish your download link or share it outside the licensed organization. If you lose access, contact us with proof of purchase; do not place another order solely to resolve a delivery problem.
