Refund policy

T-ZERO sells digital cybersecurity exercise materials. All sales are final: we do not offer voluntary refunds, returns or exchanges for a change of mind, accidental purchase or unused downloads, except where required by applicable law. Please review the product description, included files, software requirements and license before buying.

Missing, damaged or incorrect files

If you cannot access your download, receive the wrong files, or find that the content is defective or does not match its description, email hello@t-zero.cc with your order number and a description of the problem. Do not send passwords, card details or confidential incident information. We will help restore access or provide the correct files. You retain any right to a replacement, price reduction, cancellation or refund required by law.

Refunds required by law

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider determines when the credit appears. No physical return is necessary. Following a full refund, the license for the refunded product ends; stop using and delete the refunded materials, including adapted copies. A full refund of the Complete Collection covers both kits.

Your legal rights

This policy does not exclude mandatory consumer rights, including rights concerning non-delivery, defective or misdescribed content, or applicable cancellation and withdrawal rights. Where the law requires express consent and acknowledgment before a digital-content withdrawal right can be lost, this policy alone does not provide that consent or acknowledgment.
