Products and ordering

T-ZERO supplies fictional cybersecurity tabletop exercise kits for internal team discussion and preparation. Review the description, language, formats, included materials and license before ordering. At checkout you can review and correct your order, provide contact and billing information, and choose a supported payment method. The order is accepted when payment is confirmed and the purchased materials are made available, subject to mandatory law.

Prices are displayed in USD. Taxes collected by the store are shown at checkout before payment. Your bank may apply separate conversion or international transaction charges. No physical shipping fee applies. Each purchase is a one-time payment, not a subscription. If we cannot fulfill an accepted order, we will refund the payment.

Single-organization license

After payment, the purchaser receives a non-exclusive license to use the purchased edition within one organization. You may store internal copies, edit the materials for that organization's needs, share them with its staff and contractors supporting its internal exercise, and run repeated internal sessions. Contractors may use the files only for that organization's exercise and may not retain or reuse them for other clients.

You may not resell, sublicense, publish or publicly redistribute the materials or download links, including modified versions. The license does not cover paid training for third parties, consulting-client delivery, or sharing across separate organizations. Contact us before purchasing if you require those rights. Intellectual property ownership is not transferred.

Scope and limitations

The kits are discussion exercises, not penetration tests, incident-response services, certifications, audits, legal advice or a guarantee of security or regulatory compliance. People, organizations and events in the exercises are fictional. Edition 1.0 has not been independently field-tested. Your organization remains responsible for adapting the exercise and deciding what actions suit its systems, contracts and legal duties. Do not execute simulated actions against real systems without authorization.

Delivery, refunds and support

Our digital delivery and refund policies form part of these terms. We do not offer voluntary change-of-mind refunds; mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Support covers order, access and delivery questions; purchase does not include meetings, facilitation or customized security advice. Nothing here limits remedies for defective or misdescribed content or other mandatory rights.

Privacy and confidential information

Our privacy policy explains how personal information is handled. Do not send live credentials, customer data, incident evidence or other confidential information in a support request. Use fictional or appropriately redacted information when adapting or discussing an exercise.

Changes and complaints

Changes to these terms apply to future purchases. Keep a copy of the terms that applied to your order. Contact us first if you have a complaint so we can try to resolve it. These terms do not remove any right to use a competent court or consumer protection authority, or override mandatory protections that apply to you.
