  • Up to three priority observations and actions, with owners and closure criteria.
  • Actual evidence references and reviewer acceptance are recorded separately.
  • Save/load session files, export a report as HTML, print to PDF and export actions as CSV.

For each exercise: a 9-page facilitator guide, 8-slide presentation, 5-page participant pack, 3-page reusable report template, action/decision workbook and 2-page fictional completed report. Editable Office files and PDF alternatives are included.

Before buying

English-language, self-facilitated discussion exercise for roughly 4–8 participants including facilitation roles. Plan about one hour for the exercise and debrief, plus preparation and sponsor review. Timing is a planning allowance, not a measured result. Intended for a desktop browser that permits local HTML, JavaScript and file downloads. The optional documents provide a fallback. Native browser and Microsoft Office compatibility testing and independent customer pilots of this edition are pending.

No automatic saving or cloud backup. Session downloads are unencrypted. Repeated internal use within one purchasing organisation is included. This product does not certify compliance, validate technical controls or guarantee incident outcomes.
